Took the 2 36 mg pills again this morning.
Everything is working as it should.
Seems that the effect is stable and there are no noticeably different experiences for the past few days.
This means that there is no longer need to document the experience daily.
I'm productive and happy now. Let's hope I can keep it this way for years to come :)
