I got a prescription from the doctor but I had to send my wife to pick it up - cannot be emailed :(
The in went to the chemist and they told me that since I got the 40MG from them I need to go to another place for the 20 mg.
Needless to say hat every time I show them the Ritalin prescription they look at me as a lost man or something. Judgmental - that's how I would describe it.

Anyway took the Ritalin LA 40 and 20 Mg pills at 10 AM, waiting for them to kick in. Usually it takes about a hour so another 20 minutes to go.
OK. 2 minutes after the past paragraph I start feeling it. Feels like a weak pressure ring around the head. maybe like a sports band from 80's but a very loos one.

OK, i definitely feel that one - feels like the first day when I was sick. Its in my head - feels a bit off. Not too much but I feel the difference. On 40 mg I didn't feel a thing, I did have some improvement in the focus but very subtle and easily lost. Meetings - lost fast. Conversations - were better.
But not a FOCUS just an improvement.
Now I do feel the focus, I guess I will need to adjust a to it and see how it plays out for the rest of the week.
So far - I feel ok, just a bit off. Let's see how the day goes. (From the amount of text in this blog - seems that its working)
After 1 hour the feeling is almost gone. I can feel it 3 hours in but very subtle. The focusing part is still unclear. At the beginning I could take a meeting and it took me 15 minutes to drift off for a short while until I pulled myself back in.
Procrastination is still there, I have a big presentation to do and I'm again on Youtube and google trying to find online composing tools.
Conclusion - it works abd improved focus on the first day. At the end of hour 6 It practically vented off
